You have to remember the house gets half of the negotiated fee. If you play it cool, act like you have done it before and remember that you have the money in your pocket, that means power.

Closest by a small margin is Cherry Patch II in Crystal, NV (take US95 north out of Las Vegas). However, you're better off driving five or so extra miles and going to the Chicken Ranch and Sheri's in Pahrump (take Hwy 160 west), as they are larger and therefore have bigger lineups, you have two brothels to choose from, and the girls are more attractive. Note that greater competition does not mean lower prices there though.
