From their point of view there's too many bad apples just as well that book and do a no show.
Also she seems to have content out so that lessens the chance of her being a fake in my books. Quality of service on the other hand would be a different story.
That's why I tell you that if your references will vouch for you that you're good and not going to do a no show then that deposit usually can be waived.
