I imagine a situation where I find one other SD; Willing to put up 1. 5-2 K / mo (or upfront down payment for half the place) to purchase a condo downtown. My thoughts are we would use it ourselves 4 nights during the week and VRBO it for 3 day weekends. If it doesn't rent, free reign for us. If it does, bonus income. I am willing and able to commit to more for the right place.
Essentially I am seeking a SD partner. I am able to purchase a place on my own but it is not what I would like for a SD / SB rendezvous.
And I know my post record is sketchy. The previous responses to my 'newcomer' post to this forum made me pull back and not share my experiences. For the record, the woman I was referring to originally is on a regular rotation. The relationship has moved towards one of just sex. And I am just fine with her practicing her yoga ontop of me. .
Anyways. Any constructive comments or inquiries? Obviously this would involve a business partnership. Lawyers and background checks included. While getting a condo downtown seems a good idea because of the location, I wouldn't invest a cent with the current city council. I'm expecting that Air Bnbs will be off-limits or heavily regulated in Seattle in the next few years (they will use the "housing crisis" as a reason).
2. The HOAs of many condos downtown don't allow Air Bnb.
3. I don't know how long you plan to be pooning, but for most of us, it comes in spurts (sorry, couldn't resist that one). Meaning that I've gone a year of blowing thousands of dollars on pussy and then maybe a year of spending $500. $1500 or so per month is quite a long-term commitment for something that you may not have an interest in after 5 years.
4. Please watch the movie "The Loft" (it's a dreadful movie, but there are some seriously valid points that are made in it) while you're researching this.
5. When I screen on SA, one of the first questions I ask is, "do you have a place we can go to" (probably phrased better). Only one person I met didn't have a place where we could be intimate (okay, two. But I was already staying at a hotel for the second one).
