The trick is one, you may need to be younger (half way decent looking I would guess), and two, most important, you need to have an all or nothing approach. If they say $. 2 for FS, and you counter with $, or even. 8 and they say no, just be like, "it's ok, I'll just get a massage only. " Most don't want to lose out even it means slightly less money.
