Sildenafil = Viagra.
Tadalafil = Cialis.
Sildenafil even a half dose can make you congested and give you a bad headache. You should really try a half dose (10 mg) of Tadalafil instead, side effects are way milder and it stays in your system longer.

He was not a fan of Viagra, and thought there were better alternatives with fewer side effects. I usually took 5 mg of Cialis, and also took a Tylenol, as the stuff gave me a light headache and I could feel it was in my system, even after the main event.
