Best advice you'll ever get.
Do yourself a favor and do the provider a favor and don't TALK ABOUT MONEY. If you don't, then you've got nothing to worry about. Even if LE was standing in the room with you.
Do your research to determine a decent tip for wherever you are planning to go. Put the tip somewhere in plain site when the provider leaves the room for you to undress. That way. You don't waste time on stupid negotiations about "menus" & "options", you don't risk going to jail, and you make the provider feel comfortable because they don't have to put themselves in an uncomfortable and risky situation by talking about "menus" & "options".
Get it? Got it? Good!
I was at a place a while back, and the tip was never mentioned, nor were services. I did leave happy though. She gave me a HJ because she thought I was nice, and I left her .4 because I thought she gave a good massage. There's absolutely no crime in either of those things. She never offered sex for money, and I never offered money for sex.
