A few weeks ago I spoke to Gracy on the phone at what must have been a less good time: she sounded like she was a refugee from Downers Grove, Illinois, if you get my drift. I made an appointment for the next day anyway, and then she failed to acknowledge calls or texts on the day of the appointment. In other words, if you get her on an up day, she might work out.
