I am saying those girls that are holed up in FCCC, HCCC, with lotusflowerz etc are not dictating prices, management is. Yes, DC area can be more expensive to operate, but they are not operating out of expensive hotels. The Chinese crews operate out of apartments, where the monthly rent is more than made up in one day. Cost isn't in the risk, because of how they operate. The risk is to the girls, not to management.

The bigger thing is they are getting what they ask for. I found myself paying $$ recently for a girl in DC that advertised in Minnesota for 2. 5. Does anyone have any experience with this "snow bunny"?
