It's obvious when the girl walks into the room because she's usually scantily clad. Chinese parlors are foot massage joints but offer body massages and Chinese girls wear street clothes. IMO, Chinese overall give better massages because that's their main purpose. Koreans are there mainly for extras so the massage is cursory and mediocre at best.
