[URL]google.com[/URL] or the Google Lens app on Mobile to Search by Image. I then tell google to show me exact matches of that photo elsewhere on the internet.

That, combined with using a similar website called tineye, and also searching the phone number in a few different variations (all one string, space between area code and 7 digits, dashes, etc) . If they include a name along with the number, I will search that combo as well.

There are a few other more technical things to try but these two above are quick, easy, and weed out 95% of potential scammers.
