New poster here, long time monger. I was on another site, but since then it has been absolutely overrun with what basically amounts to advertisements for other spas, so thankful that I came across this one. I've been going to Lotus for a while now, usually seeing Yumi, but walked in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see an old face in there as Lily greeted me.
