Just my 2 cents.[/QUOTE]There is nothing wrong with asserting your rights, you are not demanding a lawyer, you are quite simply exercising your right to remain silent, and your right to have an attorney present. You are not required to answer any questions, aside from your name / ID.

If LE sees you walking out of a building THEY think has criminal activity going on, is not evidence of anything. If they have the goods on you, you will be arrested, no need for an interview. If they don't have enough to arrest, that's when they will ask questions. Always seek competent legal advice before saying anything. BTW, I am also not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. Just an informed American who is aware of his rights.

ANYTHING you say to them will incriminate you and they will twist it to their advantage. The minute you say," Yeah, I got extras." thinking you are doing them a favor by helping, you are fucked. Case closed. Even if they don't bust you on the spot they've got your number and license and how would wifey like a knock on the door some time later with a subpoena for you to testify against a spa? I'm not telling you to make a scene and start yelling for a lawyer, you just politely say,"I have nothing to say." and if they take you in you keep repeating that until you are blue in the face! Read the 5th amendment. It is crystal clear. Repeat, you don't say anything. You don't even answer yes or no if they ask about extras cause lying to LE is a crime. Nope, when that question comes up,"I have nothing to say."

I am just in ah on how many CSI / mimia vice peeople we have. I am not trying to insult anyone, but non of us are using common sense. If Le and the spa are actually viewing us, don't you think they will have a counter attack? Plan and simple STFU.

All this discussion about "what if" might be counter productive to getting our lovely ladies back. The more you talk about "what if" the longer it may take to get them back.

If you are so intrested in what the law says about such and such do some research, (I. E. Go to the law Library). You don't have to be a lawyer to look up info.

Let us not hinder the real purpose for this site. There are senior memebers who have remained silent, because of the bickering.

I didn't see any mention here of the arrest at NMS that was written up in the ProJo either Tuesday or Wednesday. I didn't see it in their online edition. Provider arrested after and UCLE visit.
