If they are using a fake number there is a 50/50 shot they are real because some use fake numbers to be safe.

Met this one last year, she was real but we did not mesh well at all. She has a very odd personality, was well over an hour late to our arranged time, and refused to commit to a donation. She was real though and although it was an awkward time, services were rendered. I also did some research before the meeting and found out her real name, but never told her I knew what her real name was (its a unique name).
Fast forward to today and I get a text to my burner saying they knew I paid (real name) for services and they were going to tell my wife. It was pretty broken English so I don't think it was her, possibly just a scammer who guessed a right name? I don't have a wife or g / f so no worries there, and I blocked the number. I don't want to accuse her by any means because it could have been a coincidence, but please just be a little bit careful with these girls.
