I've had "luck" with only 1 in 10. It's really a long game, and you have to be genuinly willing to accept just cuddles. If she's open to more, she'll let you know, but if you push her boundries you probably won't see her again. Honestly, your time is better spent on SA if your main goal is sex.

I can't imagine sitting there for 2 hours just cuddling. My boner would constantly need adjusting and some room to breathe. I remember seeing cuddle parties in Seattle years ago. And even then I know that would only tame the beast for so long.
