How come none of the other agencies here are able to replicate AC recruitment success or get any of their girls to switch and join a better agency? It's a very big difference in talent quality, beauty and type. I am not verified at AC and won't give them all the info they are asking but I also know that the places I'm verified have zero success at bringing that level of talent to join them. Disappointing and mind puzzling.

Think about it, the girls get a split so why wouldn't they go with the agency that has the highest prices.
Also the recruiter puts a lot of effort in to finding HOT YOUNG talent.
It's a HARD job.

Some sort of non compete agreement, but I have no idea how he enforces it and probably don't want to know.
And as far as recruiting, the guy is the Michael Jordan of recruiting apparently. I don't know how he does it.

With the rise of Cardi B and OF, sex work is more mainstream now than ever and plenty of women want to give it a try. If you have a friend who is escorting, it's really easy to hop in to the same agency and see how it goes. They aren't switching agencies or going independent because they are deciding this isn't for them and they aren't escorting anymore. Or they are just in town for a while and then are moving on to another city. There is still a ton of turnover on their roster, so it's not like they are retaining all of their talent in some magical way.
Also, I'm not driving all the way out to Northbrook or Schaumburg, so Alena is a good fit for me because of location. I'm sure there are lots of other people that feel this way too.
Title, I'm a remote worker so I don't have a work badge or physical proof that I work somewhere besides a pay stub. AC won't take the pay stub and I don't have much online presence so I was denied verification. Anyone have tips on how to get verified as a remote worker?

His girlfriend recruits with him also and likely is the one that approaches the girls because no way him would be able to get that many young hot girls. Think about it, would you do what they do with anyone walk mg in the door for $225?? No way. So these girls have issues and they know how to find them and hook them. That's why many don't last, they hate themselves. Others have issues. Now why they go nowhere else is beyond me because I know he treats them like crap and is intimidating them. Maybe because he has a higher split but if other agencies get that level of talent they can charge 450 also. Unfortunately they get only old hags or Milfs or fat Euro or fat Latinas or white trash and those cannot fetch the premium price. Period. And he does DM privately to get info from mongers on the girls or the mongers. Ask those who got revoked memberships why they got revoked and I am sure none will know exactly why but word gets back to him about something or someone and he bans them. No explanation needed.
Anyway, having said all that, I just wonder how he does it and why the others can't crack the code. Tough business I'm sure.

I think she has done too much to her lips, so they seem a little fake. Definitely in the top half in overall looks / body, but for me the performance was a little less good (and an actually subpar BJ). Another way to put it, if she was out at a club or bar, she'd be hit on a lot more than most of the other girls there (some of that is her body of course).
