I had the exact same experiece with Kelly / BlondeBabyDoll. I sent her a text, and she replied 5 hours later. By that time, I moved on and made other arrangements. I'm not going to hold a "no reply" against her or any provider. I make contact, and wait an hour. (just in case she just started an hour long appointment.
