However, if you are paying for a service (entertainment), it's my understanding that the county would require the provider to have a business license. Arts and entertainment category. If busted the viewer likely would not be in violation but the performers could be charged for operating an unlicensed service business.

I never send a pic. If I do, it is a pick of someone totally different that does not resemble me.

This is a business transaction in which I am buying their service. There is no expectation of equal consideration in terms of physical appeal. I may want to see their pic to better refine my choice, although it isn't always required. My pic, however, serves no purpose and is not going to occur. The caution about the additional use of the pic is well considered. Who knows what a provider may wish to do with that image. And let's be realistic, not all providers are equally trustworthy.

Question from an incoming visitor: what's the general etiquette when meeting a BP girl in the lobby of a major strip hotel? (greet her like a long lost friend or just pretend she's already with me?) I've been very careful about choosing girls with good reviews, so I don't need to chat too long to feel fairly comfortable. If something feels off or not quite right, you can feel her out some, but if it's not feeling right, move on to the next one. Don't push something that doesn't feel right.
