Her profile has always gone up and down, I assume in relation to whether she is taking new clients at the time, or dependent on her life schedule at the time. I have never heard of her getting busted.

I was perusing E.Washington and after 3 lengthy passes, didnt see crap except...

I saw this black girl in a pink shirt really booking it with a gas can in her hands. Saw her once, twice, thrice, and by then I realize that she has been going back and forth from the gas station and her "car" way more than would really be necessary. I swoop in for examination and she isn't really my type so I decide to pass, but I am close enough to see her hold the gas can up to her face with her lighter in the same hand in order to light her cigarette.

So it's possible Leo has changed his tactics slightly. Saw a gal matching said description in the same location on another day and when I took a spin back to the DQ for a sumtuous repast I found scads of Leo and unhappy gentlemen. Perhaps it was all bad timing and bad luck for some, but I have my doubts.

I haven't been on the stroll in quite some time so I have no current first hand knowledge. I guess any area can become a hot spot and there are two motels out that way that have been havens for activity over the years. Like I said, I am not saying anyone's reports are not valid, just that that m/o is very unusal based on my time in Indy.

Chelli says Indy LE drives unmarked cars in their stings and they won't bring the same bait back later that night. But several others report seeing marked cars and the same bait returned later.

(Edit: The purpose of unmarked cars is obvious. The purpose of not using the same bait later that night at the same location is less obvious. She has been compromised in that location to lurkers who observed the goings on making it a safety issue for her.)

Maybe it wasn't a sting. Maybe what others saw was a simple bust. A guy stopped at a SW, it was observed by Indy LE in marked cars and they made a bust. They let her go the first time (but not the guy either time). What about that Chelli?

Hard for me to know what these guys saw. I wasn't there. My point is that their reports describe m/o that is out of the norm for street stings as LE usually does them based on what I have personally witnessed and seen reported in Indy media over the last 30 years. As far as trying to pick up a gal, I still say if she will not immediately get in your vehicle, keep your mouth shut and move on.

About 7-10 days ago I noticed a very good looking and clean blonde girl in casual but sexy outfit on Washingron and 1 block west of Sherman. I suspected TGTBT but was thinking with the little head at the time. She had just walked to the corner and I swooped in. Up close look confirmed she was an 8 or 9. I had window down and pulled off of Washington St onto the side street by about 3-4 car lengths, she strolls over, opens my door but will NOT get in, she has a pack of smokes clutched in her hand and held up and inside my car window and immediately says, "you looking for some fun, how much you spending?" I quickly said, NO and started to drive off while she still had my door ajar, and she yells fu**in a**hole as she slams my door. About 10 seconds later I drove to the back of the street and parking lot of the deserted shopping plaza to see the cavalry waiting for their marching orders. I counted my blessings, got away quickly and did not look back.

Friday night I had some time to kill so I did the Wash cruise.

I am not overly familar with the street names but I can discribe the area as being West of Arlington and East of the Checking place with the hisp name.
West of the little shopping mall area too.

Anyway I saw a WSW who looked pretty good as I was passing and some car stopped and turned north. I did a quick turn around and went back by to see if she got picked up. As I passed they were still there about a couple of car lengths north of Wash and she was piting north and he was pulling away.
I did another turn around and when I passed I saw multiple lights about three blocks north.

I bailed and headed home.

I am not experienced enough to argue bust from sting to whatever. All I know if that I saw marked cars the last time and in the dark no way to tell
what they were other than flashing lights and some poor dude ( I assume) maybe just happenstance.


Also earlier I saw something I have never seen.

At the bridge near Sherman? on 10th there were three BSW and one heavy WSW with lots of ink on her arms standing under the bridge. Like a flock of SW's. Never seen that before and they were all pretty nasty looking so I drove on.

Again, I am not saying the others aren't true but I do find them dubious. I also still find it very very unlkely LE is doing this many stings in such a short period of time.

Maybe they're trying to make a point? I mean, the eyes of the world will be on us here in 18 months. Time to clean the house, we're having company over.

Or maybe they're looking for someone specific? Could be there's a serial killer or a terrorist out there who likes the SW scene.

However SW arrests now won't have much effect come Super Bowl 2012 time. Indy LE does stings during daylight, a SK or terrorist would most likely hunt at night. That article is from early May which shows even only a two day sustained effort makes the news. The number of arrests proves current tactics do not work. There is an endless supply of mongers and most SW have drug addictions so they will work regardless the number of times they've been arrested. LE could do stings every day but until laws are changed to seriously deter SW's & mongers it will be status quo.

Long time reader here who doesn't post much. I was coming out of the city on West Washington today and spotted an attractive blonde walking in such a way that it made me look twice.
