I am guessing it was an update to my browser that cause this issue. It would not let me go to an "http" site. In the address bar it was adding an 's' and making it an "https" site which is where it was causing the problem. I had to dig into my browser settings and toggle off the "automatically switch to a secure connection with https" . This was edge browser under privacy, search, and services security. I had to search around but once I toggle that feature off I was able to access the site.
