For me there has to be that connection and if there is very little interaction then she is just after the $$ My closure rate is probably about 50%. Half the time I thank them for coming and move on. My view is get at least an idea early. You don't want to waste time chatting and meeting if they are going to be GPS. A long time is very subjective depending on who you are dealing with. If you are having a root canal, even 30 seconds seems like a long time.
