My buddy goes there too but usually books an appointment for around 11:00 am. I the times I've gone I've always made an appointment but they lie and I had to wait every single time. It's mainly why I stick to Korean AAMPS for FS and AMPs for HJ's only. Her packing mongers in and having them wait in the lobby violates all sorts of codes and all it takes is one drop in inspection to shut it all down. Not to mention neighboring businesses seeing the constant stream of men. Not very smart.

Reviews give little specific info and if they are bad, the provider gets them deleted. During the pandemic the gals raised their rates tremendously, even for those with almost nothing on the menu. Based on a prior post, tried out Spring Spa in Oakland. Much like my other Bay Area experiences this far, encountered an older Chinese woman (late 40's optimistically but likely 50's) named Kiki.
