Just to share another point of view on her.
First off, anyone can find her contact information. If you cannot, you are not trying hard enough. When you do find it, send a nice email to her with background information on yourself and she may or may not reply.

So sometimes schedules have to change. I have been set back twice, but she always finds a mutual time for our session. That's why I say its ok if she has to cancel sometimes.
