Oh please, it was so easy for me to figure out who Katie and Michelle are and the connection between the two. A sixth grader could do it.
Here is how I did it:
I saw NiceGuy195 review of Katie. He says in the gerneral details (the free section) that he was introduced to Katie one night while he was seeing another provider, their incall location is the same house. Also, everyone knows Katie and Michelle's location is East Orlando.

Katie has the Ohio phone number because she is relocating to Orlando and living with Michelle. Talked to Michelle yesterday and she said that Katie will be back in town with all her belonging this weekend.
