The charge was" Solicit-Crime against nature". He was arrested (cuffs and all).I believe he said it was at Sugarcreek near I-85? PM me and I'll tell you what I know. He said that the cops told him he did agree and they had it on tape? Funny thing is he was 2 miles away? Go figure.I know it's really screwed up his life at home.

Listen, the CLT DA's dismiss guys with 3 & 4 felonies and a rap sheet that takes 3 pages, I can't imagine that they would not dismiss such a slim case, it wouldn't be worth the DA's time.

At the same time guys on here will make contact on CL then show up at some location to meet a stranger, even with all the CL reports on the news of late. If Johnny wanted to bust some guys he could run an ad on CL and just sit at the Knights Inn waiting for them to knock on the door! We're talking turnstile.

Bottom line is that if one has a hobby they need to be extra careful for sure.

FWIW, I've been told that bait won't get into your vehicle for obvious safety reasons. Talking to someone outside the car probably isn't smart.

I think Leo has a bunch to do with it though. Every trip, I see him at least twice if not more during my tour. One night I had one in front and one behind me. My mind was quickly made up, go HOME! That was bad karma.

The term is simply an excuse for Big Brother to criminalize consensual acts. 'Crimes against nature' is normally defined as a form of sexual behavior that is not considered natural, including sodomy, homosexuality, solicitation for compensation, etc.

Since these are consensual acts and there is no 'victim', busybody bureaucrats must make one up.

Though the U. S. Supreme Court decision Lawrence vs. Texas (2003) invalidated sodomy laws in the fifty states, at least 15 states still have anti-sodomy laws on the books. Including North Carolina, where the penalty for sodomy is (was) up to 10 years in jail and a discretionary fine.

Had to work late, real late, last night. On the way home I decided to ride around a bit. From Midnight to 2 AM. I was in the area of Hosks, Brad, RF and saw nothing. Then I went down Wilk and several side streets off of Wilk and saw nothing. Now don't get me wrong, when I say nothing, I mean the streets were empty, not even a maybe. In 2 hours, not even one maybe.

Am I behind the times and looking in the wrong places? If I am, someone please I'm me with a new location. If not, I'm thinking aobut moving. I hate living in the desert.

It is really dry out now days. However I was lucky Wednesday night of last week. I decided to take a stroll up sugar creek around 1 am. By golly look what I find, a hispanic (puerto rican) pen saleswoman. I thought I was dreaming, or maybe I was. So I stopped her, asked her if she had any pens for sale and she told me that she did. She was a 6 in looks, depending on what you like.

She gave a great presentation, I would say it was a 9. After her presentation, I had to purchase the pen from her. The pen was really cheap.

But here's the kicker. I recognized her. So after I dropped her off, I logged onto the computer and did a search on CL. It was the same girl that had been advertising a month ago. I guess since CL has tighter restrictions she's now on the streets selling her pens for dirt cheap. Thanks CL.

By the way, I have her digits. PM me. You have to be willing to exchange. I can't give this one up for free. But let me warn you, she will call and text you every day offering to sale you her pens. So be careful.

I didn't have any extra cash so nothing came up, but I did receive a couple nice kisses for my kindness! The was a lot of foot traffic out-some might actually be shopping. Later.
