Not so sure about that
I agree that there is a steep decline in the number an quality of AMPs. However, I think the biggest reason for the decline is that LE keeps shuttin down the best places. When I first started mongering several years ago there were a bunch of great options just north of the beltway in Baltimore County like the place near the Crown station on York Rd near Padonia, Baco therapy, Massage Universe, Green Ocean, and of course my ATF JHH (Thanks Lily for the memories). There has been several other decent ones come and go in this general area but they never seem to last. Why would the young hot provider come work here when they have their choice of where they get to go? Why would they come here and risk arrest and possible deportation or go some where else where the police have other priorities? The old gals are just filling the void due to lack of competition from the young hotties.
Not to get off on a tangent here but how do you suppose places like Jade Heart or Green Ocean lasted for years and now all of the sudden places get closed in a few months? What has changed? It doesn't seem to be the local politicians. We still have the same corrupt one party rules state.
For now, I am just going to monger in Vegas where it is reasonably safe and unlimited options.
So we get the 40-50's. If a young attractive girl does show up she learns quickly most guys won't pay her more than older ladies she works with. And you know they talk to each other. So she goes to a better market.
It's been 100 FS here for 20 plus years. And some guys are happy to short the girls from there. When I started hobbying back in the late 80's it was 100. Girls were young and hot. So we are getting what this market has proven we are worth.
See a young girl in the spa give her the 120-140 she is worth or just accept there will always only be the older gals around.
20-40 inflation is nothing after 20 plus years.

My deduction (or call it a supposition if you prefer) based on reading (sometimes between the lines. Note how often they mention how much cash was seized?) news, and other sources is that the root cause of this is the Patriot Act and its various banking follow-ons.
Once authorities can identify large sums of money that they can plausibly say was derived from illegal activity, and associate that money and illegal activity with any foreign national. Abracadabra - money is being laundered for terrorist activity. The attempts to close off funding for actual terrorists was cast so broadly, and written so tightly, it is even easier to seize assets and never return them (regardless of conviction or acquittal) with "Patriot Act Era" rules than it was under the RICO and drug admiralty laws.
In addition to getting to keep a large chunk of the money (apparently the feds take most of it), it lends credence to the claim "local police are the front line versus terrorism" (no terrorists plot, just terrorist money, but that is good enough, apparently) that shows they need all the free military equipment the army has been handing out to help fight terrorists.
I suspect the places with limited menus pop back up after being shut down for the same reason they have limited menus. They seem to actually be locals, and have too much to lose if they offered a full menu, and being locals are not an attractive target for international money laundering / terrorist allegations.

Perhaps I have missed them but I don't see money being mentioned. There is one case that I am very knowledgeable about and the only reason the feds got involved was because the local police really wanted to nail the owner. They wanted to pile it on was because this owner had been in the business for many years and slipped the noose several times. It was not only to shut the joint down.

She has a few miles on her, but she is a ton of fun to hang out with for an hour or so. I thought she headed to TX, but apparently not. Since she didn't, I will definitely be making an appointment or 3 in the very near future.

Homeland Security
My deduction (or call it a supposition if you prefer) based on reading (sometimes between the lines. Note how often they mention how much cash was seized?) news, and other sources is that the root cause of this is the Patriot Act and its various banking follow-ons.
IMHO, the places that get raided and shut down are for different reasons in most cases. I think Satya is spot on with the AMP he is referring to. Patriot Act and Homeland Security? Highly doubtful.
Sometimes they open shop in the wrong neighborhood. Too close to a "family" establishment or nosey neighbor. I have been mongering for many years now, and I have to be honest that it felt different when one opened not far from my house. And sometimes the shut downs increase during the election season, or there is a new top LEO that has a bug up his ass about vice.
Many of the better places have come and gone, where others have been opened since I was an AMP version. I think these places have survived because they are your basic rub and tug located in minor commercial areas where the locals and LEO have learned to tolerate them as long as they do not attract too much attention.
Of course, that just IMHO.

She is worth a visit if you don't mind an older woman in decent shape. The legs are still good, thicker through the middle like most older women, but far from fat, on the plus side she knows how to please a man. Her mic work is solid and she has good rhythm and enthusiasm in all positions.
She told me that, "she chickened out" on moving to TX. Give her a call she is well discussed on the boards but she is busy. She still does some hair and takes the massage appointments. She has at least 4 dogs but they are friendly.

NY has two levels of CdP. One is the $50 working man's pump and dump service and the next level often even in manhattan is 100 for much closer to BP or GFE service depending on how your mileage is running. I can assist leading people to the better service in manhattan.
I get the feeling that DC and Balto only have pump and dump.

Dallas is just short of Vegas for hobby opportunities. Great strip clubs with ample in house or take out, spa with good old american girls, Latinas, and then the Asian places, tons of independents, and good agencies. P411 started out of a Dallas agency.
Downtown Dallas (not outside the city) is about as good as it gets (looks + service) for AMPs. You are going to pay 200 but it's worth it. Right up there with West Coast (some ways better).

I have been there 3 times and no HE. Although if you want a legit massage they do an excellent job.
Definitely good massage. Can't beat $30 for 30 minutes. Asked for same girl as last time and we are making friends. Took me out to parking lot after nice full body massage sans HE to point out they are moving close by soon. Saw another girl in fuck me pumps, short leather skirt and great body thin tall available. Maybe they have decided to "upgrade". Will report.

Quick question if I may.
I've been interested in trying the AMP experience for a while out of curiousity and have a question for the veterans. What's AMPs attitude when it comes to POCs? Would I be better off trying to find someone that operates out of townhouse than a traditional massage parlor? For reference, I'm young and totally innocuous (boy next door type) looking.
