I hate having to go thru a 3rd party to make an appointment also, and I wish she would give her number to us to make things easier. Get a burner or at least down load a free texting app like pinger or textnow. Easy to use. Free with some ads. You can turn on and off notifications. Highly recommend that you have at least 2 additional numbers.

I've been pretty quiet on the forum however, I have been active and here is a compilation of my recent visits, some are new and others are follow ups to providers I have been seeing for some time:
