I have never tried this Seeking site before and just joined it using a headless photo
With a short basic not-weird-sounding text profile and a modest net worth / salary.
Inbox is up to 30+ that have favorited me and about 10 unread emails.
How many of these are scams?
If I pay that ridiculously high $300 / month subscription what are some of less obvious scams to watch out for?
Do most of the women hide 50 lbs of lard and 10+ years of aging in their profile pics like most other dating sites?
If there's anything I learned, it's that guys here exaggerate about their findings too, so I would take much of what you read with a grain of salt outside of a few notable posters....
This one wanted 500 per visit

Is 500 a typical price for a pudgy average looking hoe with trashy tats on Seeking?
If so, I think I will stick to AMPs.

This should be required reading for anyone new to Seeking.
Yes, there are a lot of scams and bad people on those sites.
Right off the bat, if someone favorites me or sends me a message without viewing my profile that is really suspicious and kind of weird.
Second, the photos. If the photos are obviously not from around here, and especially if they are from someplace like Italy or Greece give it all a miss. At best 99% of the time they will have unrealistic expectations and be obnoxiously entitled.
If they are either really evasive about giving you a phone number or paradoxically, give you a phone number in their first couple of messages, that is a scammy smell.
Once you are switched off of messaging on the site and in contact via phone you can both exchange photos and at that point you get a clue what she really will look like.
Girls who switch cities around are to be avoided.
If you discover they have lied to you early on just remember that is only the first lie and will never be the only or last one.
Use tineye to figure out where else their photos have been. That can help you find fakes and also can help you figure out if she is just a regular working girl looking to overcharge you.
Great advice. Thanks for sharing, this should get pinned to the top of the forum.
Agreed it should be pinned to top of forum
