I went to H yesterday afternoon, first time in over a year due to the fast exit they expect you to make. I went because Tucson was closed and I no longer like Phoenix, one there is worse than H. However, back to H, I was surprised that the one lady working, don't know her name, had been one I had seen in visits a long time ago, she even remembered me and asked me where I had been going. I took the HH, I wouldn't recommend the hour as you won't get it, and the time was well spent. Ask them to change what they are doing or slow down. They want you to be happy and leave a nice tip. I've not been short changed on time because I don't let it happen.
