Stuff like Tryst, Eros, PD, etc tend to have less spam because the scammers don't want to spend the $200-500 a month it cost to post ads over there. That isn't to say you can't be scammed off Tryst just that there is a lot less fake ads.
What I have been doing is taking advantage of the follow feature on ListCrawler. When I come across an ad that has potential I follow them. So now my follow list is entirely real women I don't have to browse the general page if I dont want to. I just go to my follow list see who just made an ad and see them.
