My guess would be older than she says probably closer to 40 than thirty and I get high maintenance vibes, I bet she has a very high financial expectations on top of other things. Final caveat is if it is a scam, expect her city to change in a few days, that's what I've noticed anyways.

A few here have tried and found that she is quite GPS given her age and dimensions, but it looks like she took some time off (boyfriend was serious for a bit) to focus on herself. Give her a shot and report back.
