Prepaid credit cards you have to regsiter online but if you make up a name and address, don't think it makes a difference.
I've had issues using PrePaid visa on Websites that use Non-US payment provider processors.
Did not have issues with PrePaid Amex.

I have been holding firm at 60/120/200 as my limits for qv / hhr / hr in my quest to correct the market. If the ladies post their rates and they are higher than that, I don't bother contacting them. If they don't have rates posted and they give me rates higher than that via text / email / whatever, I tell them what my cap is and thank them for their time. Of course, this means I haven't seen very many providers over the past year. My wallet is pretty happy, I guess.
