I have found over the years, that when someone charges an outrageous rate like that, they are over-compensating for their lack of ability to provide good service.
Might not be true for all elite providers, but the vast majority don't leave the client near as happy as someone with reasonable rates.

It's for Cleanliness, communication, punctuality, and looks. This isn't for all but for most.
