It is not an area I'd care to live in but fairly safe for a visit to one of the spas. Obviously daylight hours are better than late night hours.

I wasn't too worried about security, these places tend to take care of themselves.
Certainly it's a sketchy area, but usually even bad areas are safe if you get in, get it done, get out.
I'd not want to visit late (say 8 pm or later) after dark, but during the day should be ok.
Bottom line, when I want AMP, I plan to go there. I've not decided if I will try them all or not, likely will.

I'd say more so, than Brooklyn, Sauget, and Washington Park. Now, with Centreville gone and incorporated into the new municipality of Cahokia Heights the tide has definitely shifted. The clubs were already on the decline due to changes in the market so Cahokia Heights had no economic reason to cater to them and a larger tax base to do without them. I suspect the town will probably go after the spas next.

The clubs and AMPs were, for a long time, excellent for the municipalities with lower income in providing much-needed sales tax revenue. BUT something changed in the last 10 ish years, and the only conclusion I can come up with is general corruption. Instead of both the cities and businesses benefiting from business, it's more like, "Do want you want, we won't interfere, as long as we get our cut."
I rolled over to the clubs for the first time in forever. . Just bored and whatever. The last time I was there was for a buddy's bachelor party, maybe 10-plus years ago. It was totally a different vibe. I remembered it as crowded, well maintained, normal dudes coming in, etc. I went to the club I remembered the best, and parking lot was empty. I got on this site to kinda get some advice on what to do, and some guy came up to my window all, "Whatcha doing here?" He wasn't threatening or anything, but seemed actually questioning what I was doing there. I just said I was chilling and figuring out what I was doing that night. And he (again, surprisingly politely) asked me to leave. So I went to the next place and some dude told me I needed $20 to park. Maybe that was legit, maybe not. But again, totally different than what I remember.
Conclusion, the few people who were there (at like 10 pm) were running a hustle that was probably only helping themselves, not the businesses or the local economy. And nobody cares. That's why shit there is so rapidly going downhill.

First, it's an oversell. I've been disappointed several times and would have had a better time with just one gal. Second, unless the know you're safe, they're not going to do HE / extras in front of a second person.

For only twice the price you get your head / neck / shoulders rubbed at the same time as your legs. On the flip, you have the option of one girl leaving (pissed at you) and the same ending / tip situation as the guy in the other room or double tipping for likely one girl doing a lack luster job on Mr. Happy. This all assumes you are someplace that is offering HE in the first place.
