Thanks.[/QUOTE]Likely jitter and latency on wifi calling or the relay times to the phone app you or they are using. Especially happens when someone is on speaker and jitter is present. (I do network architecture for a living).
Most likely they have you on speakerphone.

I've had the same thing happen when talking to someone I know and know they aren't on a speaker phone.

Are usually because the cell phone is connected with 2 towers at once according to Verizon. Years ago I had that problem and it went away with a settings update and a tower search / reset. Since I bought the most recent apple release, I have had zero issues.

But you have to turn it back off if you want to view other apps on the Web. Because they will not work. Even some links On USA SG will not work. But at least it allows you to read the threads.

Googled this. Another site reports it’s a hardware issue, but unsure of source’s reliability. It’s the internet after all.
