Its kind of Massage Store related so Ill put it here. Let's look at 2 arrest within days apart. A lady has a business accused of relieving men of stress and massaging their muscles AT THEIR REQUEST. BAM BAM Arrested $1,000,000 bond you ain't never getting out beotch. A few days later in the same city a Fucking Felon walks into a Suntrust Bank, threatens people, robs the place then shoots a guy. $500,000 bond. He could have killed someone, fucking half the bond. Go figure.
Severity of offense, risk to community, flight risk. Reasons for setting bond. I guess "flight risk" is more important than community safety. No, I don't think so. Other factors at play here, me thinks.

Rent is the biggest expense IF you rent a space. Some of the factors shutting down the Asian places are competition for Americans, racial profiling / prejudice, mixing religious and law together which is not the intentions of our forefathers (separation of state and church). It's a group of individuals using THEIR belief's to over power a defenseless group in our community. We as a country have done this in the past. There are still many in my home state that still abuse the power. It's all done under the mask of preventing prostitution and human trafficking. Like I said earlier just look at the bond they set on that lady, speaks for its self.

But what they (NC Massage Board) have done to the Asian Massage stores around here is the exact same thing they and certain politicians did to this very board and the personal section of Craigs List. It's an attack on certain businesses (sex related) a certain Ethnic Group (Asians) and a group of Americans that chooses to make their living selling poontang and the right to print and read what one chooses which is called freedom of speech, this still is America isn't it? Not fucking Russia or North Korea. I said many months ago if they start to regulate and sensor the internet that will fuck a lot of businesses not to mention certain rights. No one in their right mind wants anything on the internet that involves human trafficking, certain groups that promote violence and especially affecting children. And there should be watch groups that zero in on these bad people and prosecute them to the extent of the law. Thank god who ever is running the show for USASG had the balls to say a big Fuck You and found a way to continue this site, they fought back and retained our right to speak which is allowing me to write this. But like I said these folks running these Massage stores don't have these resources and are defenseless. Like shooting apples in a barrel, shutting the stores down at will. The Asian stores were playing by the rules they were paying land lords rent, paying for water, phone, credit card service fees, electric usage fees using plumbing and electrical contractors construction contractors when needed. Buying a shit load of supplies from stores to run the business. Renting apartments that also included electrical and other cost. So you see several businesses were benefiting from them having their stores operating in the open. We are all related when it comes to commerce. Now they are being forced to go under ground. Bunch of dumb shits solving a problem that doesn't exist and actually affecting other businesses bottom line. Oh one can say wait a minute we are only talking about a few Asian Parlors, or guys just looking for hand jobs and pussy. No! the point is they are fucking with free speech and free commerce. If they can pick one group to shut down they can pick another if they dont like the group being in their neighborhood because of what they look like or where they are from or what they are selling. Not In My Neighborhood! Freedom is what Im talking about. A lot of people then and now fought for this Freedom not a word I take for granted. Start taking little pieces away here and a piece there to please certain groups then we loose some important shit in the good ol USA. I mean go down the list of the Presidents that we have had lets just say since Kennedy. How many have had the topic of pussy or ass grabbing come up in the news. Come on law makers back off and let me bust a nut in peace life is stressful enough without your shit.

Government picks winners and losers. It always has and it always will. Whether it is zoning, tax legislation, or making you a criminal for a non-violent "offense". The list goes on and on.
