Have seen one agency nail the rotation a few years ago so maybe had aggressive recruiting tactics. Until one day one of the girls was found to be underage in a sting and the owner / booker is in federal pen.

Another had a similar high rotation rate with goor strike rate, with aggressive import / tourist recruiting strategy and came under CBP scanner got busted and again federal pen.

I think 262 has middling talent and strike rate because C has some robust recruiting practice (only word of mouth? No first contact policy? No marketing for talent?) that has ensured her longevity even if as the keeper of bridesmaid and never the brides.

Have not tried the other quoted agencies but assume if they are good it's because they are being 'aggressive' in some sense and if they are so so then they are 'playing it safe' in some sense.

They just want enough information about you to be safe sending you to a lone provider and to make an effort to prove you are not a LEO. They may send you email at your work email to verify your domain address.

Everyone has to decide what they are willing to risk, no matter if they are providing information to a shopping webpage or to an escort provider. Do I think KP was safe? Yes. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself, whenever I go first without reviews I end up terribly disappointed. I write very few reviews, and typically only when I've had a very bizarre or experience that I believe I should warn others regarding. I wasn't going to write a review but after some thought I've changed my mind.

Julia is Brazilian, visiting. She is a bit larger than her photos. I did not find her attractive, but I think if you like Latinas with large butts and breasts, she might be your cup of tea.

What I did not expect, and what usually is a deal breaker for me, is the CBJ. BBBJ, she told me, is a 100 upcharge. I never bring my wallet to a session, but I think that's quite an upcharge for something standard with quality agencies.

What ruined it for me is she started commenting on how nice I was (I am a nice person) and then complaining about other clients. I just think here, she could have communicated better. Had I known of the CBJ, I would have avoided entirely.
