I almost fell into the same trap
I know the girl/guy that you are talking about on phillips. BSW, Black dress, nice rack, long legs. I was driving and saw her/him by centerfold. I offered her a ride, but once she got in the car, I was not able to tell if it was a she or a he. My rule, If I can't tell, I pass it by. So I pretrended I was just a nice guy offering ONLY A RIDE. She was on the phone and then asked me to drop her off at WACKO's. Since I played the "Only a nice guy" role, I did not have any problems. I did it for me was the face, she/he had a very strong looking jaw (which isn't always a bad thing), had a wig and besides the rack had very masculine features. Even if she was a she, I wouldn't be a woman who reminds me of a man.
A way to tell if she is a he
As a genersl rule for as far as SW's go, if she looks too good or dressed too nice, then chances are she is a he. They tend to have to over sell the look. But, if you do pick up one and then start to have doubts about the gender of your new friend, there is one simple test that is not well known but it is impossible for them to fake. Ask them to see their hands, tell them you have a thing for nails or something. Make sure they have all of their finger are fully extended. If their index finger (pointer finger) is shorter than their ring finger, it is a guy! Look at your own hand now. It is true and always right.

Failed Westside and Northside run
Yesterday may a sweep of the westside. 103rd and lane all dried up. Construction at lane and I-10 must be hurting that area. Uncle always in the area. Head over to edgewood. Saw one tall brunette drink of water but somebody else got her. Anybody know anything about a tall brunette that works off edgewood? Head over to main and nothing again. Near university hospital was one tall slender black SW. Went around the block and I saw her through the window. It was a freakin dude with a wig. Said later not for me. Other than no action to report.
When I started this whole thing...
I used to drive the 3rd during the winter, but never found anything so tried my luck at PH. Used to be pretty good for me until recently when it dried up, but luckily, 103rd started to pick up again, which is good because it's in my area. Anyways... Before PH went dry like it is now, I used to drive up and down main for a pass or two at different times, but never found anything. After the 3rd time of never seeing anything, I gave up. Went to PH for a while until, like I said, 103 picked back up. Stayed there until recently when action has been bleek.
Last night, it was another dry run, so I said "what the hell" and made my way over to PH. NOTHING. Go figure. Well, I was still bored, so i thought I would give main one more shot considering that the weather is warmer now and I had never been out there around the 11pm time frame.
Got past 12th and seen a nice skinny black chick walking but didn't really think she was a SW, so kept moving on to 63. Saw to fat, FUGLY!!! WSW and turned back around, counting the trip a waste. As i got back down to 12th, i saw the same girl walking and gave her the eye. She turned her head to look at me in the mirror, so I tapped the brakes, and sure enough, she turned back around heading my direction. Did a loop and scooped her up on the side of the road, which is normally a BIG "no no" for me, but no one was around and there wasn't a side street that I could catch her on. Drove up a little ways, introduced herself as nicole, an easy 8 on SW scale, skinny little AA chick. Did our checks and asked for a BJ.
Found a nice little spot on the side of the road, and she went to town. Fellas, I have to say, that it was the BEST BBJ w/spit that I have ever gotten from a SW, and prob 3rd or 4th on the all time list of girls that I've paid or dated normally. She had a great attitude, nice, no complaints, and as far as I could tell, wasn't strung out on anything. She did have the sniffles it seemed, so that could be from snortin Big C, or just a slight cold, who knows.
On the way to drop her off, I made some small talk and asked her how bad LEO was in that area. She said really bad and that she doesn't normally walk Main, but was out that night. She showed me where she stayed and said that I could normally find her walking around that part. If I can find the time to get out there again, I would def repeat. Stay Safe.

Finally a little success on the westside
Started my travels early this morning Hit the westside and 103rd did I find a gem. Her name is Ree/Ree. I swung around to pick her up and she was little nervous at first. I didn't know if she was cracked out or what. So I was getting ready to toss her out. Gave it another minute and then I noticed that she maybe newer to the streets. She gives me the worn out story of being a stripper but needs to make some money yadayadayada. I notice her appearance. Nails and hair and everything else in good shape. She settles down after the leo check. She is ready to do it all. Only had time for a BJ but man did she drain it out of me. She went down on me and it was nice and smooth. After a while I get ready to shoot the blast. Hold her down by the back of the neck and she takes it all and sucks it dry. I slide her head off since I was done and she goes back down to get more. Man she tried to suck my nuts straight out of my piss hole. So this made my recent failures on the westside worth it. Asked if she did stuff on the side. She said yes and asked for my number. I said I don't have the second phone available. She gave me her digits but of course her service is cutoff. Go figure no money to pay cell phone. Maybe that is why she was hitting the streets for quick cash. She is about 5'5 nice shape long brunette hair. White girl and about early 20's Treat this one right. Don't think she is a normally street girl. You may get a little hookup that you can do for a little while.
