Anybody with a shred of empathy for others feels bad watching someone flush their life away.

I met Sierra many years ago, before all of the "enhancements" and craziness. Actually took her on a date. Never banged her. She seemed like a normal girl. I'm very glad that I didn't get drawn into her world.

This incident is a timely reminder that I should probably eject from a similar train wreck in progress.

Glad I haven't seen her in years. I am sure they are combing through her phone. All data gets saved and recorded. I can see the scenario, a monger gets busted, they plug his phone number into the system and boom there he is on three other providers list, you know one they arrested, one died of an overdose and the third is an unsolved murder. Suddenly said monger is being asked some really scary questions. Like the providers we need to switch up phone numbers more often than our underwear. There is real risk to this hobby.

I don't think this relationship between the monger and Sierra was casual at all. She knew him well enough to know where his parents lived and that they had stuff worth stealing. There's probably more going on beneath the surface here.
