Possible scooper arrested.
If you don't know about the scoop. It's when a monger rides up by a woman and tries to pick her up. It's called the scoop. Saw this in the news today. The area has been talked about in the streetwalker thread. Wonder if it's one of the mongers.
"Alexandria man arrested for Hybla Valley abduction and attempted sexual assault".

One cell phone never recovered
It's the DMV. I would be shocked if zero of the officials or high ranking military officials were seeing these find women.
Anecdotally, one of the girls that I regular were shooting the shit. She's almost like an old friend at this point, and I asked when she was going to retire and move on with her life. Apparently, she's been seeing a gentleman seriously for about two years now. A tale as old as time, a customer turn boyfriend. For the sake of his privacy, I won't disclose which branch of military service, but he had stars on his collar.
Not that it should really matter. I'm glad the owner stuck to her guns and maintained that she wasn't forcing anyone to do anything. They're such a stigma against sex work already, and while victims of cruelty do exist, a lot of these women pulled themselves out of poverty with some of the most grueling work that anyone could undergo.
I hope after these trials, this little farce is over. If the curtains were pulled back all the way, I'm sure a lot of these law-enforcement individuals would find that their buddies are also in bed with a beautiful woman consensually for a nominal fee.
According to one of the news releases from the Boston area US Attorney's office, authorities were unable to recover a cell phone containing information on Virginia contacts. Between that and the lack of interest from local and state prosecutors, it seems unlikely there will be court hearings in Virginia similar to what's taking place in Massachusetts. I suspect that could change if the cell phone eventually turns up.
I know I sound like a broken record in saying this, but the bust should serve as a reminder to mongers never to provide their personal identifying info (PII) to any provider or agency. 28 mongers in Massachusetts are learning the consequences of failing to heed that advice, from unfavorable media coverage to walking past demonstrators who are demonizing and vilifying them.
One thing I notice about the VA MA case no charges for human trafficking were file.
Here how the case broke down.
Prostitution itself is still criminalized in most states.
Crossing states line is crime via mann act.
Using 3rd party to make session.
Money laundering.
What was not proven or charged what I understand there was no evidence of coercion or force to be SW it all voluntarily no evidence of minors for it be charge human trafficking.
If the womans were all voluntarily doing this then there no victims no one force them to do this. Form I get is traveling to a other country for the purpose of sex is not human trafficking under US law. I was wrong in my previous post about this on calling this human trafficking.
