I see $300 and up regularly. I know you can still get as low as $220 in the Philadelphia area, but that sometimes reduces service, depending on the lady.

The place was understaffed that day and mamasan was "on vacation" so it was a bit of a stop / start session as she tended to the door and the phone, which was a bit annoying. But service was excellent, everything happened in the shower room as has been reported by others.

$70 house fee, $140 tip (which she accepted, but reminded me it's $150 next time), so the normal total would indeed be $220 for some very good service.

Prices won't start to stabilize or even come down until we put our foot down on the rates we're willing to pay.

Prices are likely stuck, IMO, they had to find a new "equilibrium" after inflation spiked, which I think they have. Done going up, but barring a hard recession, not going to drop from here. Given the nature of the business, a coordinated effort to push prices down is not feasible.
