Me and some friends are planning a trip to Costa Rica in late April. I have been there several times, though not in the last 8 years maybe.

All of this talk about Brazil got me to thinking maybe I should go there instead since I have never been. I am using ff miles so cost of the flight is not an issue.

Only thing that would keep me from going is it's a 9 hour flight to Rio vs a 4 hour flight to San Jose.

Not to get a war started about one is so much better than the other. Just wondering. What would you do.

I have been to both in the last year, If you can tolerate the language barrier, Portugese is harder than Spanish, go to Rio. Cheaper, more choices, overall prettier ladies. In CR, average price for takeout was close to Cien($100) every time. MP's averaged 40-50.

Thanks HC, from the places I have been so far. The girls from Cali Colombia were the best looking women I have seen. Really, I have had a lot of fun in CR but the girls in Cali were prettier and nicer.

I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese so probably makes no difference there? Now they have those electronic interpreters, thought about getting one of those. Could be a fun way to break the ice.

I am thinking I may ditch my friends and go to Brazil solo after Carnaval. I was checking CraigsL last night and found can rent a studio in Rio for $75 or less per night.

Clif[/QUOTE]I don't think laguage should be issue here unless you are fluent in Spanish. At least from my experience, Rio girls spoke better English than CR girls. They are better at what they do and also cheaper. I pretty much spoke zero Portuguese while I spoke passable Spanish.. enough to get local(non-pro) girls to date.. etc. I had more fun in RIO than other cities.

Thanks dude for the info. Like some of you I have "been around the world" and it seems the ho's out there know how to make it happen and we need to show up and be tough negotiators LOL.

I have been reading the carnaval reports from ISG sounds like a good place to go and visit. To be honest if I did not have a dog I probably would go visit for a month to really have fun but I think a week is all I can manage but brasil is looking like my next mongering venture.

I know this may be somewhat pointless to talk about, but I want to say this anyway. Personally, I think we should ignore all prostitutes all around Atlanta, considering that Atlanta is the city with the most child prostitution in the U.S.

We have strip clubs, massage parlors, bars, theaters and all kinds of other places to look for women in Atlanta, but messing with prostitutes from off the streets should be fazed out of the equation.

This is not for only Atlanta either, this should be done for all major cities.

People who exploit children should be burned at the stake. Slowly. To say that we should stop a certain TYPE of hobbying because this occurs, though, doesn't make sense. As we speak, government officials are making the same ridiculous argument to justify the criminalization of prostitution, but are expanding it across the board to include massage parlors, escorts, etc. It's a moronic notion, and I'm surprised that someone HERE of all places would use it to encourage us to refrain from engaging in legitimate hobbying. If a problem exists, it does indeed need to be addressed. Prosecute exploiters of children relentlessly. But making everything around it illegal doesn't make sense and it doesn't solve the problem.

The most common serious injuries to children are a result of vehicle collisions. The proper reaction to this, according to your logic, would be for us all to stop driving.

Let me clarify this for the hysterical types. Feminists have attached the child prostitution stigma to Atlanta to attack the legitimate monger market. So that men spend more time and money getting married and paying for divorce child support and alimony.

The only time you will see child exploitation is when the parents or sibblings are addicted to drugs and force the child to perform acts to obtain said drugs but these people know that most mongers won't go for this BS so most times it happens within little communities where the drug dealers and users and neighbours. And most times the dealers accept the young daughters as payment for drug debts of the parents. But you will almost never see one of these kids standing on the road side like other workers.

But that does not matter. Once the feminists have attached that stigma the politicians will bow to the hysterical female voters who assume that all pay for play will some how lead to kids being exploited.
