At the advertised rate 150 etc., is that inclusive of tip or is there an expected tip on top of that? If so how much.
I would not want to do something like way overpay and contribute to price hikes. Yet the independent ladies are somehow more appealing.

But as far as independent providers go, 99% of the time their fee for the hour or 1/2 hour includes a handy no tip necessary (it is the reason why you are seeing them and not a legit LMT someplace else). If you want more then that, most are willing to negotiate a upcharge / tip for an expanded menu. Pricing depends on their mood, comfort level, need etc. Prices range from reasonable to insane.
