I've tried to get her to let me take better pictures with her phone, for her use, but she'll insist that her makeup isn't right. First time trying to contact Gfb, and I had a question for those that have used them before. I completed the screening profile, and it gave me a number to contact. In my personal case, I was a paying member with a dozen ok's. My paid membership ended right about when the new law went into effect, seeing how it was uncertain times I didn't renew right away. Went to renew yesterday and pay and am locked out " Not accepting renewals at this time".
As an established member why not renew me and take the $149? IMO, losing P411 (if it folds) will completely change the verification landscape and not for the better.
