If you are a hobbyist with an iPhone an app called Sudo allows you to create burner #s and emails that are easy to delete and recycle. You can even store #s on the app so that they will not be in your phone book and you can lock the app from other user access. Perfect burner app in my opinion for those whom carrying multiple phones might look suspicious.
