They know money can be made here but it can only be made in volume. This reputation creates several inherent problems. First and foremost, the A level talent will not come here for the simple reason that they can make much more in the top markets like NYC and LA. Look at this agency in Toronto. Musevip. Ca. I've seen prices as high as 900/ hr. Granted that is in monopoly money but even after conversion, it's a significant amount. So you can understand why the hotter girls don't want to come to Chicago to make 160/ hr of which their take is 100. The girls that do come, the B,C, and D level talent have all been instructed and conditioned to work as quickly as possible. Even if you pay for VIP, the mentality is still there. Some guys are in and out in 15 minutes. So a lot of times girls can get 3 or 4 130 sessions in an hour, which substantially increases their pay. I've done this a couple of times. I tell the girl that I'm not touching that nasty ass bad so everything has to be standing up. She blows me for a couple minutes, then K9 until pop. She cleans the condom off and with a couple wet wipes, you are on your way. This is good for those on their lunch breaks.
But the reality is that the idea of a VIP high end Chinese place has been discussed but the problem is it's hard to convince them to open one because they genuinely believe that there won't be enough Chicago mongers capable of paying.

And not many mongers are willing to get verified without knowing what the talent will be like. The only way this could work is enough guys are willing to get verified first. Once there is an established clientele, then the place can and will open.
Or maybe the experiment that PAC is doing with their occasional 200/300 girls will convince them that there is a market for it and eventually they will go all high end. But at the rate of one high end girl a month, it could take a while. First, whether those higher priced girls are making money or not is still unknown. And even if they are, it takes time for words to spread to other girls. Chicago's bad reputation is not all of sudden going to change overnight.

Clean, reliable with great service and people are waiting for months to get in willing to pay 300 and be verified. Not to stereotype but most Asians like doing things the same way and are reluctant to change, for example Mike allows only same day booking despite that I had used him few times and if I book for 1 - 2 days in advance I'll keep my appointment unless something major comes along. Also I think they tend to be cheap skates and think everyone is like that.

Let's use RL as example since I had prior discussion with them on this topic. RL currently has 3 girls. Let's just assume each girl does 15 guys a day, so 45 total. And let's assume all 45 guys did half hour (I am using this extreme to drive home a point). For the 130 hhr rate, RL keeps 50. So 45 x 50 is 2,250 a day.
Now, let's say they open a 300 an hour place with 2 girls, opening 10 am until 10 pm like KP. Let's assume both girls are fully booked each day. For 300 an hour, house keeps 100. So 2 girls times 12 hours times 100 is 2,400 a day.
So, under the two extreme assumptions of all 45 guys visiting RL are doing half hour (for the 160 hr rate RL keeps 60 and for the GFE rate of 260 RL keeeps 100, so they are making more than what I stated) and both high end girls are fully booked for 12 hours, the math is basically the same. What is the incentive for RL to open a high end place. None. It might take 3 to 6 months before the high end place can get to a point where both girls are fully booked for the day, so why take on the risk and hassle to make the same amount of money.

Why wouldn't RL open a 300 an hour place with 3 girls? At your math, they would be making $3,600 with 3 girls. All they need to do is follow the KP model, get some high quality girls, and give us the 300 experience, and they will be as booked as KP. There is a market for that. Let the others continue with the 130/160 business model, because there will always be a market for that too. But Chicago could use more at 250 or 300 hr with good GFE and no rush, and there would still be a line out the door.

The rent for a nice 3 bedroom place would be higher. Plus if you put 3 girls in one place and assuming all 3 girls are fully booked each day, that is 36 guys a day. For a nice place, that kind of foot traffic volume is too high.
You might ask why not get more places like KP and just have one girl at each place. Well, then it eats into the profit margin as you have to pay rents for 3 different places now instead of one. And it will take time to build up the clientele, so they would probably have to comp the girls if the girls don't have any business initially. Money losing proposition.
But the biggest problem is still that the girls have to travel to Chicago. 200 hhr /300 hr rate is still lower than what they can make at NYC. Finding two hot girls every 10 days is hard enough as is, finding 3 is even more difficult.
You can make whatever number to work, but the reality is it's not that easy. RL is probably taking in over a million a year, so there is no incentive for them to do this. It will take someone who is willing to take some initial losses to build up the business to make this happen.

I am not going into calculations but KP is well and alive at 300 and doubt they will be offering 150 $ deals to make it with volume. I am pretty sure that if someone who knows how to handle the business and can bring high quality Asian girls to Chicago (Thai, Phillipino, Korean, etc.) will make a killing. NY Asian places aren't wildly expensive. You can def find something reasonable at 3-4 for an hour and there are upgrades available. That's for more of the high end places, at least that's from what I've read and experienced. I think Chicago just doesn't get the love as much for visiting people.

I personally have not been back there in a few months. I assume business has barely slowed down, if that. I wish more dudes would post reviews to see what's going on instead of the same handful of names over and over again. Each time I post I get inboxed by 10-15+ guys asking for more info, I try to help out and ask that they report back but only like 1 or maybe 2 do a review. I see still RL advertise on wechat. And I drove by after I left PAC last week and saw a monger coming out, so they are definitely still in business. As to why there haven't been any reviews, it's either guys are staying away or girls have not been any good to get reviews.
It's either very safe to visit now because the bust just happened (cops are less likely to do another bust right away) or it's more dangerous than ever because they reopened at the same location. It's like taunting the cops, daring them to catch them again. I don't know how cops think, so can't help you to decide. Plus each person's risk tolerance is different. Just because I do or don't do something, it doesn't mean it's the right thing for you.
For what it's worth, as I stated before the cops chose to do the bust when there weren't any mongers inside (this was also confirmed by Barbie as she was the room 2 girl when the bust happened) and this was around noon time. I used the word "chose" because with how busy RL is, the cops could have just waited for some mongers to show up before the bust if they are really interested in catching mongers. Busting an apartment as a way to catch mongers is not an effective way to go about it. How many can they catch at once. 3 or 4 at most. Is it really worth months of surveillance to only catch 3 or 4 guys? It's just my personal opinion.
