Not legit provider would do it because it will be used against them by LE. Think of every legit ad your ever seen from established AMPs or indies. They never list specifically what they'll do.
The only reasons why anyone would list sexual ads in their ads is because they're trying to scam you into paying a deposit (and never deliver) or it's a LE sting.
