Most feel inadequate in one way or another, especially about their boobs. Most men, myself included, like boobs natural regardless of size. So; it must like a dick-measuring thing for women, "mine are bigger than hers". I find "enhancements" to be a turn-off and I will not knowingly spend any time (or money) on someone with them. Same for piercings, yuk! I'll tolerate tattoos unless they are hideous like neck tats.
