While I certainly agree with both of you, in the heat of the moment I suppose lil G was was doing more of the thinking. As I stated, I did of course enjoy my experience there and plan on returning, a bit more prepared in the wallet. While I doubt I'll make up the difference, I have no qualms about giving the fair market value. Again I expected nothing and at the most hoped for a good massage and possibly HE, it would have been extremely difficult to say "STOP" once she jumped on.... completely caught off guard. G, I don't want you to feel defensive and I do not want to start flame wars here as this is a very nice thread, but did you honestly go to Sakura "expecting nothing?" If you had an ATF and told me all you ever got was a massage and occasional HE, I would find that hard to believe. I would also find that after lurking on the forums for years, you did not expect anything, also hard to believe. If you say that everything on these forums is a figment of everyone's imaginations and you are part of the ether of everyone's imaginations, then I will believe that. I'd just man up and make up for it by giving the person the difference you owe and a simple apology. You don't have to give extra per se as I think they actually may appreciate an apology more. In the old AMP days. About 15-20 years ago. The ladies would never ask for anything up front and you would always get a nice TS followed by a very good massage (typically a nice "loosen muscle" type of massage followed by a more "light fingered", sensual massage). After that, you got whatever you came there for and then tipped (typically only. 4. $). Of course there weren't too many of these places.

However, in the mid to late 90's, there were quite a bit of AMPs that came onto the scene. With this came a lot more advertising which then created a whole new set of customers. From my understanding, these new customers would often think the house was all they needed to play, thus leaving the girls without anything. This lead to some sort of "price fixing" between the various establishments which ultimately lead to the "typical" $. 5 tip for fs that we see today.

This new price schedule seemed to happen overnight and it was a shock to us brothers who had been going before. Suddenly we were being told up front and or being asked for the tip early. Either up front or right after the massage.

Of course nowadays, we often don't get the ts or massage (or when we do, it's a token massage). So now we pay more and get a lot less. Sort of like Pizza Hut pizzas ever diminishing in size and topping quantity.

IMHO, I think we are quite lucky in Hawaii with the type of providers we do have. For me, when I'm very picky and I have no problem to bail if I'm not presented with someone that I like and or if I don't agree with the attitude. The last time I had to do this was at Aloha TLC (I think I posted a report on this). Didn't like the provider, but I felt that it was me who made the mistake as I could have walked earlier.

In general, visiting AMPs. Searching for that new ATF is always risky. I've had some bad luck recently, but that's just part of it. However, I always tip, but never pay more than the norm. If service is subpar, I give a little less (just a little bit less). Either way, I always go in with enough $$, and always reward good service.

Had a session with Annie at Golden Queen. For those of you who have never been to Golden Queen, it's located on Ward Avenue and is not one to have the best accommodations. Yesterday was the first time that I've actually been able to stay at an AMP but before that I had bad experiences. Good deal GS. Give us an update of the second encounter.

It's one thing to be a tight bastard aka me. I pay. 4 for FS in DT. The providers know up front what I am paying and if they don't like it, I circle the block and drop them off. They usually agree before I pull over at the pick up spot.

If I go to the Longs area of DT, it's the same deal but I offer. 5-. 8 depending on how hot the provider looks. But the point is again, they know upfront before we leave the area.
