Jerrico, notice how the ad is in mixed case except for her name in all caps in the first line? (sometimes they vary this slightly, but it's pretty consistent.) If you watch you'll see a bunch of girls whose ads follow this exact format. They appear to all be working together, most likely for the same pimp or whoever writes their ads for them, and a spin with the TinEye utility shows most of their pics are stolen from other sites. A guy runs this scam, and apparently alternates with a couple of other similar come-ons. A couple of guys had posted repeating warnings about him on BP, which ran him off for a while, but it looks like he's back.
The rule of thumb is: if they try to get you to contact them only via an IM service like Yahoo Messenger, or via one of those text-message sign-up services, or try to get you to sign up for some "validation" web site/service, it's [b]invariably[/b] a scam. I've never once heard or seen otherwise.

Actually these two ads were posted by the same person and we'd generally assumed the 2nd ad was TGTBT so I was assuming the same of the 1st ad.

How are you able to tell who is posting ads?
I know that the numbers are different maybe they are past of an agency or group and the same person are uploading their info.

I Googled the first phone number and one of the ads that it picked out had the 2nd phone number in it also. Lastly, Backpage listed "same ads by user" which pretty much gave it away. Again, if anyone proves me wrong, I will be the next in line, after giving her time to freshen up, of course.
