Mine was made on a Friday before she headed home for the weekend. It was simple call made and she answered within first few rings. Appointment scheduled and showed up basically 30 minutes later with quality service. I have been put through garbage like that before and can't stand it. I wouldn't even attempt to schedule back if I were you and hearing this makes me weary of ever calling again myself. Providers should know that they can't do things such as this and just feel like they will still get quality safe and reliable business. No the more I think of it I won't be calling back for another appointment as I did have plans to do just that on Thursday.

A frustrating part of the game, but part of the game, for sure.
